Shipping Information
We endeavour to dispatch all orders from our Warehouse in Adelaide, Australia, within 24 hours of the order being placed. This excludes weekends, public holidays and promotional periods. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow 12 - 24 hours for the tracking information to show updates.

Deliveries within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post.

Click & Collect
Collections are only available from our Adelaide Warehouse, located at 3/938 South Road, Edwardstown SA 5039. You will receive an SMS notification once your order is ready for collection. Orders placed for Click & Collect are typically available for pickup within 4 hours. However, this timeframe may vary depending on product availability and could be subject to delays during peak sales or high-demand periods.
Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges for Click & Collect orders at our warehouse. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return it via our Returns Portal for store credit or a refund. If you return an item to our warehouse in Edwardstown, it will not be processed immediately. Alternatively, you can visit our store at 66 The Parade, Norwood, or return the item by post for processing. For further information, please visit our Help Centre.
Pre-Orders
Items available for pre-order are indicated on the product page with the estimated shipping date. If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item is received.

Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are collected at checkout for international orders excluding Germany*.This means that the total amount paid during checkout includes these charges, ensuring a seamless delivery process. Due to the nature of duties and taxes being collected upfront, refunds will include the amount paid for the product(s) only. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
*Deliveries to Germany are sent as "Delivery Duties Unpaid" meaning that any customs duties or taxes incurred upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must pay these fees directly to the shipping carrier before receiving their package.
