Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager

Our warehouse is our business engine room. This opportunity is for those who wish to manage and take full responsibility for inventory and fulfilment management based in the Norwood, Adelaide, South Australia. You’ll be working alongside a young, yet driven and experienced team of fashion and ecommerce enthusiasts and you will have the support of leading technology and management systems. This position is a full time permanent position working Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 5:30pm and previous warehouse experience is beneficial.

About the role:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of the warehouse, ensuring all retail and wholesale orders are picked, packed and dispatched each day. You will be the main point of contact for the broader team when it comes to inventory management and stock control, and you will have full responsibility for any general warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with managing the delivery dock for all goods in & out, communicating with couriers and delivery drivers

Counting and receiving incoming stock and organising stock in cartons, this could include lifting 20kgs boxes.

Unloading pallets from trucks and operating a walk behind forklift.

Accurately cross-checking product orders against packing slips in high volumes

Ensuring all goods are in assigned warehouse aisles

Replenishing stock levels to picking shelves

Assisting with quarterly stock takes

Communicate with management and buyers of low level products for reordering

Requirements:

Ability to work on your feet all day and able to occasionally lift heavy cartons of up to 20kg’s

Eager to work in a high paced environment

High level of attention to detailAbility to work efficiently and be a part of a small team

Energetic and self-motivated

Comprehensive computer and excel skills

Forklift license (beneficial)

Fashion / Graphic Design Assistant

This opportunity is for those who wish to provide creative input into an exciting fashion and lifestyle label based in the Norwood, Adelaide, South Australia. You’ll be working alongside a young, yet driven and experienced team of fashion and ecommerce enthusiasts and you will be given opportunities to work on a multitude of projects. This position is a full time permanent position working Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 5:30pm.

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and determined Fashion / Graphic Design Assistant to join assist our digital and design team. Reporting to the director, this creative and forward-thinking candidate will be responsible for assisting with any given deign outputs (including brand, digital, print, and technical digital drawing) across the business.

Responsibilities:

Assist the design team with fashion illustrations and digital technical drawings

Ability to communicate with suppliers and other third party contractors

Content and photography editing

Website & Online Sales Channel Management

Catalogue and line sheet design

Assist the digital and design team to deliver content required for our website, third party sales platforms, digital outputs, social platforms, print and more.

Work closely with the marketing and ecommerce team to assist in the design and delivery of email direct marketing campaigns, including week EDM roll out, transactional email design and automated flows

Work with the marketing team to assist in the development of paid media assets, as well as organic social assets

Requirements:

Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design or relevant field

2+ years’ experience as a dedicated designer

Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo

Skilled in Adobe CC, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Canva

Skills in fashion illustration, digital illustrations will be highly regarded

Shopify & Website Design proficiencies

Microsoft Suite skills (Excel and Word)

Dear Inventory (Not essential)

Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Great organisational skills to juggle multiple projects at once

Wholesale Manager

ortc Clothing Co is a rapidly growing contemporary coastal inspired clothing and lifestyle brand based in Norwood, South Australia. We pride ourselves on creating high quality, long-lasting fashion and lifestyle products for men, women and children. Over the past 5 years we have experienced rapid business growth, thus the need to expand our team once again. Operating and running a successful online store, upholding a wholesale presence across 300+ stores within Australia and New Zealand and having recently joined major retailers, the Iconic and Myer requires constant and clear communication to both our wholesale reps and accounts across the nation. So, right now we are looking for a Wholesale Manager who is excited to grow and be a part of a young and exciting brand.

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Wholesale Manager to manage all wholesale sales and communication for both Australian and International accounts. Reporting to the director, this results driven and forward-thinking candidate will be responsible for end to end management of all wholesale activity.

Responsibilities:

Managing all wholesale sales and communication for both our Australian and International account

Mange the order entry and communication with on all order dispatch

End to end management and coordination of pre-season indent orders and sales appointments

Coordinate and lead all South Australian sales appointments for in season and in dent orders

Monitor and communicate stock transfers and sample management with the warehouse manager and greater team

Communicating daily with warehouse team to ensure SOH is accurate

Use of strong CRM methods to manage and nurture wholesale relationships

Liaising with state and international sales agents

Create seasonal line sheets and catalogues

Work with our digital team to create and send monthly EDMs and updates to wholesale accounts

Generating monthly sales reports and work toward reaching outlined KPI’s

Requirements:

Positive and confident personality

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience in sales, communication and collaboration

Ability to operate computers well and have a good understanding of programs such as excel and word

Experience with dear inventory systems is valued

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Ability to use email marketing software such as Klaviyo.

Experience in a similar role is favoured but not essential

Preparedness to travel
