Digital Marketing Manager

The Role 

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be crucial in steering our advertising efforts to help scale ORTC through customer acquisition, retention and brand awareness. You'll manage our ad accounts on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google, collaborating closely with content creators to develop targeted ad content. This role demands a strategic, creative thinker with a keen eye for analytics and performance. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Efficiently plan, build and optimise digital ads across platforms Meta, TikTok and Google 
  • Work closely with content creators to produce relevant and compelling creative 
  • Develop strategies to maximise lead generation results, engagement and brand awareness 
  • Monitor website performance, identify areas of improvement and adjust to improve campaign effectiveness 
  • Manage budgets across all platforms, ensuring efficient allocation of resources 
  • Collaborate with other departments to and assist with broader marketing efforts

Sales & Business Development Manager - Custom By ORTC (Open)

Company Description

Custom by ortc is a fully serviced and contemporary custom clothing and merchandise company based in Adelaide, SA. The company provides businesses, organisations, and charities with premium quality and uniquely customised products. Custom by ortc takes a personalised approach when working with any business, as the needs and desires vary from company to company. Part of the ORTC Group, Custom leverages the design, quality and manufacturing power of ORTC CLOTHING CO to deliver a unique product and service to it's customers.


Job Summary

The Sales & Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in the growth and success of Custom by ORTC, responsible for driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and collaborating with staff and designers to enhance processes, systems and improve the overall business operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Custom by ORTC.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, sporting clubs, and community groups to secure custom clothing and merchandise orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the design team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of custom orders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.


Skills and Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and custom clothing market is preferred but not required.

Social Media & Content Creator (Closed)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media & Content Creator at ORTC Clothing Co. The Social Media and Content Creator plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing ORTC’s online social media presence, focussing on content creation, social media strategy and community engagement. The role involves actively contributing to the development of engaging social media and ads content while leading and managing the day-to-day social media operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Experience with content creation and developing content strategies
  • Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design and/or video editing software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to use data to inform content decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

The role includes but is not limited to following.

  Social Media Management

  • Managing and executing content and posting across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and Linked In.
  • Developing strategies for all social media channels to ensure optimal efficiency across all mediums.
  • Responsible for the overall performance of all social media channels and ensuring growth targets are met.
  • Assisting Customer Experience & eCommerce Team in replying to and engaging with relevant customers across these social media channels. 
  • Using social media management platforms such as Later to ensure all posts are scheduled in advance and align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Responsible for all additional social media features including but not limited to Link In Bio, Facebook and Instagram Shop etc.
  • Working with Director & Art Director to ensure all content published to social media channels is consistent with ORTC Brand Guidelines.

Content Creation

  • Planning and executing relevant content for all social media platforms. (This includes but is not limited to product focused, UGC content and behind the scenes style content.)
  • Collaborating with other content creators and affiliates to create relevant content for all social media platforms.
  • Collaborating with the Partnerships Manager to develop relationships with content creators and affiliates whilst ensuring all current relationships are nurtured and maintained. 
  • Collaborating with Graphic Designer to develop on relevant marketing assets for social media channels. 
  • Collaborating with the Director and Digital Marketing Manager to create engaging and on brand content for paid advertising campaigns.

Photoshoots

  • Working with the eCommerce Team to help plan and execute photo shoots and other marketing related events.
  • Responsible for capturing social media content in both still and video form.
  • Assisting with the overall styling and direction of photoshoots and model selection.

ORTC Clothing Co. is searching for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to lead as the Store Manager at our Norwood location. The ideal candidate will spearhead the store's operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and overseeing all aspects of day-to-day management.


Responsibilities

Customer Experience:

•     Provide unparalleled customer service, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless shopping experience.

•     Address customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions promptly and professionally.

•     Manage returns, exchanges, and resolve issues in a courteous manner to uphold customer satisfaction.

Operational Management:

•     Supervise store operations, including inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising to optimise sales and presentation.

•     Maintain records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.

•     Collaborate with various departments to guarantee timely and effective resolution of store-related issues.

Team Collaboration:

Requirements

Experience:
