Social Media Content Creator — ORTC (Open)
Job Overview
Are you obsessed with creating content? Do you have what it takes to elevate a brand and bring a fresh perspective to a rapidly growing label? We’re on the hunt for a talented and driven Social Media Content Creator to join the ORTC team and take the lead on all things content.
This is a key role in our business, responsible for how ORTC shows up to the world. You’ll work closely with the Content Coordinator and PR & Brand Manager to shape our visual storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. From everyday content, to team moments and campaign shoots, you’ll be the one capturing the moments, driving engagement, and pushing the brand forward through creative, on-brand output.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content and fashion, has a strong eye for storytelling and design, and brings a growth mindset to everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for use across all social platforms.
- Work with the Content Coordinator and PR & Brand Manager to develop ideas that align with our brand direction, campaign calendar, and growth strategy.
- Post and schedule content with an engagement-first mindset, optimising for reach and platform trends.
- Actively track social media trends and updates to keep content relevant and forward-thinking.
- Ensure all content aligns with ORTC’s tone of voice and visual identity.
- Support campaign shoots, BTS coverage, and content that builds brand personality and community.
- Maintain and organise a digital asset library for efficient internal use.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to review performance and evolve our content strategy based on insights.
About You
- Experience creating content for social media, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
- A natural storyteller with strong creative instincts and a love for photography and video.
- Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
- Passionate about clothing, fashion, and design, with a sharp eye for detail and visual consistency.
- Operate with a growth mindset. Curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve.
- Confident using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar.
- Highly collaborative, with great communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Able to deliver creative work on time while balancing structure with innovation.

Accounts Coordinator – Custom By ORTC (Open)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator/Manager to join the growing Custom by ORTC team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our custom clients — managing inbound enquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience from initial brief to final delivery.
You’ll work closely with our Product Designer to brief in custom artwork and product requirements, and partner with our Sales & Business Development Manager to nurture ongoing relationships, drive repeat business, and grow the Custom brand. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound customer enquiries for Custom by ORTC and guide clients through the custom order process.
- Brief new orders and artwork requirements to the Product Designer, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communication.
- Liaise with clients to confirm designs, pricing, timelines, and order details.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Business Development Manager to maintain and grow key client relationships.
- Track orders through to completion, providing regular updates to customers and resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, communications, and customer details.
- Provide post-order support and follow-up to drive ongoing business and referrals.
- Look for opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
About You
- Proven experience in account management, sales support, or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills. Confident, clear, and customer-focused.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Able to juggle multiple orders and timelines with ease.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, sales, and operations teams.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Finance & Operations Manager and Managing Director, supporting day-to-day financial administration and keeping our office running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, purchase order processing, invoice processing, and general office management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry, payment processing, and follow-ups on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements and assist with monthly reporting and end-of-month processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with data entry in accounting software.
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance & Operations Manager and Managing Director.
- Manage the office environment, ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and keeping things running efficiently.
- Assist with payroll processing and leave tracking.
- Support ad hoc projects and tasks across the team as needed.
About You
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all financial and admin tasks.
- Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or finance admin is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using accounting/payroll systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar).
