Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager

Our warehouse is our business engine room. This opportunity is for those who wish to manage and take full responsibility for inventory and fulfilment management based in the Norwood, Adelaide, South Australia. You’ll be working alongside a young, yet driven and experienced team of fashion and ecommerce enthusiasts and you will have the support of leading technology and management systems. This position is a full time permanent position working Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 5:30pm and previous warehouse experience is beneficial.

About the role:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of the warehouse, ensuring all retail and wholesale orders are picked, packed and dispatched each day. You will be the main point of contact for the broader team when it comes to inventory management and stock control, and you will have full responsibility for any general warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with managing the delivery dock for all goods in & out, communicating with couriers and delivery drivers

Counting and receiving incoming stock and organising stock in cartons, this could include lifting 20kgs boxes.

Unloading pallets from trucks and operating a walk behind forklift.

Accurately cross-checking product orders against packing slips in high volumes

Ensuring all goods are in assigned warehouse aisles

Replenishing stock levels to picking shelves

Assisting with quarterly stock takes

Communicate with management and buyers of low level products for reordering

Requirements:

Ability to work on your feet all day and able to occasionally lift heavy cartons of up to 20kg’s

Eager to work in a high paced environment

High level of attention to detailAbility to work efficiently and be a part of a small team

Energetic and self-motivated

Comprehensive computer and excel skills

Forklift license (beneficial)

Digital Marketing and Design Coordinator

ortc Clothing Co is a rapidly growing contemporary coastal inspired clothing and lifestyle brand based in Norwood, South Australia. We
pride ourselves on creating high quality, long-lasting fashion and lifestyle products for men, women and children. Over the past 5 years we have experienced rapid business growth, thus the need to expand our team once again. Operating and running a successful online store, upholding a wholesale presence across 300+ stores within Australia and New Zealand and having recently joined major retailers, the Iconic and Myer requires constant creative input as well as proactive digital innovation to stay at the forefront of the industry so, right
now we are looking for a digital marketing and design coordinator to join our Norwood based team.  

We are looking for a proactive and energetic digital marketing and design coordinator to join our marketing team. Reporting to the
director, this creative and forward-thinking candidate will be responsible for developing and executing end to end digital marketing collateral.

 

About the role:

The role is primarily focussed on creating, implementing, executing and reporting on the digital marketing strategy. You will work directly with our directors and external digital creators and consultants to set up the digital campaigns and report on ROI.

You will need to have significant experience in writing and creating compelling EDM creative and copy, optimising our digital footprint with our digital media buyer. You will also develop innovative creative and implement other key digital pillars across our digital touch points to drive customer acquisition and retention. Additionally, you will look for new and exciting ways to educate and inspire our community through clever digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Assist the digital and design team to deliver content required for our website, third party sales platforms, digital outputs, social platforms, print and more.

Work closely with the greater marketing and ecommerce team to create and execute delivery of email direct marketing campaigns, including weekly EDM roll out, transactional email design and automated flows.

Work with the greater marketing team to coordinate the development of paid media assets, as well as organic social assets

Plan and deliver on key objectives across brand design, digital marketing campaigns, email, digital and social media initiatives and online.

Develop the digital marketing calendar (including promotional and brand activity)

Up to date knowledge on Google Analytics, Google Shop, Google Ads, Shopify Plus, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Ads and website performance.

Assist in building digital campaigns and executing creative for paid ads through Facebook Business Manager/Google Ads (tracking performance of creative)

Manage the audience acquisition and ongoing engagement of the ortc Clothing Co EDM’s and Social channels

Assist with social platforms; Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Tiktok

Make key contributions to content production, development & innovation

Assist our influencer marketing coordinator to develop opportunities for brand promotion and assist with paid partnerships and collaborations.

Identify trends, relevant news, influencers, and other opportunities in the digital media space, helping to increase the brands’ share of voice and sustain brand affinity and loyalty.

Work cross-functionally to deliver engaging & high performing digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Conduct weekly reports and suggestions for improving performance to the wider team.

Requirements:

Degree in marketing, digital communications, graphic design, digital design or similar.

2+ years’ experience in the creative digital marketing space is essential.

Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, SMS Bump, manychat, and more

Skilled in Adobe CC suite - Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is essential

Knowledge and experience in Shopify and Shopify Plus

Microsoft Suite skills (Excel and Word)

Dear Inventory (Not essential)

Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Great organisational skills to juggle multiple projects at once

Advanced copywriting skills to support the brand language and image.

Proven experience with leveraging digital and social media platforms

Proven ability to work effectively, proactively and manage multiple deadlines
