Custom by ORTC is an emerging custom clothing and merchandise company based in Adelaide, SA. We specialise in creating high-quality, bespoke garments for businesses, and organisations, offering products that are both refined and durable. We are currently seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team, in a role that blends product and graphic design with technical expertise. 

 

Job Overview

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in the design and production process, bridging creative concepts with practical execution. This position is ideal for candidates with either a fashion design or graphic design background, who are excited to work on creating garments and merchandise tailored to client needs. You’ll handle everything from detailed tech packs to creating custom graphic artwork, liaising directly with suppliers to bring ideas to life. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage tech packs for custom products, ensuring all specifications are accurate for production. 
  • Develop creative and innovative graphic designs for apparel and merchandise, aligned with client briefs and brand standards. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate client needs into high-quality, tailored solutions. 
  • Communicate and liaise directly with suppliers, ensuring samples and final products meet design and quality expectations. 
  • Support quality control efforts by reviewing samples and advising on adjustments when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product design, fashion design, or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Permanent Casual Retail Assistant to join our Norwood store, working 20 – 38 hours per week. Job Overview: 

As a Retail Assistant at ORTC, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a memorable shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include assisting customers with purchases, maintaining store organisation, and
supporting stock replenishment and inventory checks. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, prioritises customer satisfaction, and can thrive during busy shopping periods. 

  

Key Responsibilities:

Job Overview:

As a Casual Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our online orders are processed and fulfilled efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, fulfilling online purchases, and assisting with stock replenishment and stocktaking. 

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on getting orders out the door quickly and accurately.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal/Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Director and Finance & Operations Manager. This pivotal role ensures seamless daily operations, managing everything from office and financial tasks to executive communications and calendar management. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle communications on behalf of the executives, including drafting emails, preparing reports, and distributing correspondence.
  • Coordinate and manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and organise necessary materials.

  • Organise travel arrangements, plan company events, and ensure a clean, organised office environment.

As the Partnerships & PR Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and nurturing the relationships between ORTC and our athletes, influencers, and friends. Your focus will be collaborating with these key figures to create captivating content for their audiences and our content base. This role requires you to be the bridge between our brand and these personalities, ensuring their satisfaction and deep engagement with the ORTC brand. You'll be responsible for celebrating their milestones, inviting them to events and making them ambassadors who live and breathe ORTC.

Additionally, you will aim to secure features in online publications, newspapers, and even on television. This aspect of the role requires a strategic individual capable of crafting compelling pitches, influencing media contacts, and knowing the right moments to highlight our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with athletes and influential personalities to create engaging content for their social media and ORTC’s platforms, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Act as the main point of contact for ORTC’s key ambassadors and keep them engaged with the brand.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance ORTC’s visibility in the media through compelling pitches and press releases.

Job Summary

The Sales & Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in the growth and success of Custom by ORTC, responsible for driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and collaborating with staff and designers to enhance processes, systems and improve the overall business operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Custom by ORTC.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, sporting clubs, and community groups to secure custom clothing and merchandise orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media & Content Creator at ORTC Clothing Co. The Social Media and Content Creator plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing ORTC’s online social media presence, focussing on content creation, social media strategy and community engagement. The role involves actively contributing to the development of engaging social media and ads content while leading and managing the day-to-day social media operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

The role includes but is not limited to following.

  Social Media Management

  • Managing and executing content and posting across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and Linked In.
  • Developing strategies for all social media channels to ensure optimal efficiency across all mediums.
  • Responsible for the overall performance of all social media channels and ensuring growth targets are met.
  • Assisting Customer Experience & eCommerce Team in replying to and engaging with relevant customers across these social media channels. 
  • Using social media management platforms such as Later to ensure all posts are scheduled in advance and align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Responsible for all additional social media features including but not limited to Link In Bio, Facebook and Instagram Shop etc.

Content Creation

  • Planning and executing relevant content for all social media platforms. (This includes but is not limited to product focused, UGC content and behind the scenes style content.)
  • Collaborating with other content creators and affiliates to create relevant content for all social media platforms.
  • Collaborating with the Partnerships Manager to develop relationships with content creators and affiliates whilst ensuring all current relationships are nurtured and maintained. 
  • Collaborating with Graphic Designer to develop on relevant marketing assets for social media channels. 
  • Collaborating with the Director and Digital Marketing Manager to create engaging and on brand content for paid advertising campaigns.

Photoshoots

  • Working with the eCommerce Team to help plan and execute photo shoots and other marketing related events.
  • Responsible for capturing social media content in both still and video form.
  • Assisting with the overall styling and direction of photoshoots and model selection.
