Returns & Exchanges Policy

Should you need to request a refund, return or exchange, we ask that you take the time to read our Returns Policy below. 

Returns for Damaged Items

Should your goods arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Damaged goods returns must be acknowledged within 7 working days of receiving your order by contacting us via email.  

We will reply within 24 hours regarding the options to return the order.

Once confirmed, we will email through a returns label so that the items can be sent back to us.  

Returns for Exchange

We advise customers to check ordered goods thoroughly on delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.

If you wish to apply for a product exchange, please ensure you do so no more than 30 days after receiving your order. All you need to do is head to our returns portal via the button below and follow the prompts to return the items to us. 

Once your request is confirmed and the items have been returned we will then send out the exchange items. Please be sure to include these details with your return.

Please note that the customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the product to ortc Clothing Co if they are seeking an exchange.

Returns For Refund

We do not accept returns for refund unless there is no other suitable product available for exchange. If there is no other suitable product available we will be more than happy to offer a refund.
